Japan's Largest Mobile Carrier Invests US$14 Million in Eye-Fi

NTT DoCoMo, Japan's largest mobile operator, said Wednesday it had invested US$14 million in Eye-Fi, the maker of Wi-Fi-enabled memory cards.
